Title of Position: General Manager
The General Manager position requires strong attention to detail and a dedication to excellence. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and excellent communication skills. The General Manager will oversee all restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and all administrative and financial duties. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating enthusiasm, and motivating and inspiring your team. The ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment, as well as master multi-tasking and delegation, is essential for this role.

Qualifications:
· The General Manager must have high volume restaurant experience of at least three years
· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the General Manager
· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the General Manager
· The General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
· The General Manager should have open availability
