ICP Group is looking to identify an EHS Engineer/Data Analyst to join our team. The EHS Engineer/Data Analyst will assist in the development and implementation of EHS management system programs and processes for facilities located throughout the US (and potentially some international locations). The position can be based remotely but a preference would be given for proximity to one of our existing locations (including Andover, MA; Tampa, FL; or Phoenix, AZ) and the ability to travel overnight to other locations up to 30% of the time. The position will serve as a member of the corporate EHS leadership team and liaise with sites throughout the organization. The EHS Engineer/Data Analyst will view the organization wholistically and work horizontally across the organization to ensure compliance with internal ICP EHS Standards and applicable regulatory requirements. This position reports to the ICP Group VP of EHS and will work closely with corporate and site operational leadership.
The expectation is that this role will integrate and standardize the programs and practices for all ICP Group locations. The areas of responsibility include data and document management and oversight of file, training, and EHS data management (including an electronic dashboard, Contractor Management, Compliance Calendars, and Management of Change).

- Willingness to openly share information, explain and collaborate; knowing that if all locations are not successful, then we are not successful as a team.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and Teams and associated data management experience including the management of Learning Management Systems (LMS), incident tracking, Management of Change, and KPIs.
- Experience with PowerBI, Velocity EHS, and MSDSOnline are a plus.
- Experience generating and analyzing data to produce metrics (KPIs) and identify trends is required.
- View role as a risk manager and protect the interests of the company.
Experience & Knowledge:
- B.S. in engineering, environmental science, safety management, or other EHS-related technical discipline from an accredited college/university.
- Minimum of three (3) years EHS leadership experience in chemical manufacturing or high-hazard work environment.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing systems and protocols.
- Strong aptitude for standardization and the building of systems.
- Strong knowledge of, and experience with environmental, health, and safety regulations, programs, and permitting ACGIH, ANSI, CSE, Electrical Safety, EPA, EPCRA-Tier II and TRI reporting, Groundwater Sampling, HazCom, Hearing Conservation, Industrial Hygiene-IH Sampling, LOTO, NFPA, NIOSH OSHA, PSM including RMP, RCRA, Remediation, Respiratory Protection and fit testing, SARA, SDS,SPCC, SWPPP-Sampling, TSCA, Title V.
- Experience with behavior-based safety programs and developing a healthy safety culture.
- Experience in risk management including auditing, regulatory inspections, and management of workers compensation cases.
- Work with company counsel (attorney/legal) is a plus.
- Fluency in English required with functional Spanish language ability a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with site managers, stakeholders (employees, vendors, contractors, etc.) and the VP of EHS to ensure policies, procedures, and initiatives are standardized and provide a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.
- Assists in the development and distribution of project EHS policies, procedures, specifications, alerts, bulletins, and other similar information.
- Utilize the ICP EHS management information system to maintain recordkeeping for plants and program specific information, investigations, records, audits, inspections, corrective actions, safety training, etc.
- File management.
- Review the filing system and correct duplications and inconsistencies.
- Update policies and procedures to improve information quality and availability.
- Data oversight, review, and reporting.
- Improve data accuracy, consistency, and sanitization for incident reporting, investigations, tracking corrective actions, etc.
- Develop, schedule, execute, and track employee EHS training (including management of an LMS if applicable).
- File management.
- Other duties as assigned.
