As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of TIMEPROOFUSA's customer communication hub, ensuring our call center team delivers exceptional service, efficient workflow, and high-quality lead generation. You'll coach representatives, monitor performance, refine processes, and uphold the professionalism and responsiveness that define the Timeproof experience.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the call center team, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and outstanding customer communication.
- Train, mentor, and coach representatives to improve quality, performance metrics, and overall call effectiveness.
- Monitor calls for quality assurance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans when needed.
- Track performance metrics (KPI's) such as call volume, lead conversion, follow-up efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, jumping on calls when needed to model top-tier execution
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent messaging across departments.

What It Takes to Succeed
- Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to motivate teams and maintain high morale in a high call volume environment
- Proficient computer literacy — strong knowledge in navigating CRMs (i.e. Titan), call center software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in leading call center and/or lead generation teams
- Ability to submit to and pass a background check.
