Job Description
A confidential, leading science and engineering consulting firm is seeking a Recruiting Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is based in Natick, MA, with a Monday-Friday schedule offering flexible start times between 7:30-8:00 AM and end times between 4:00-5:00 PM. The position begins on-site 3-4 days/week, transitioning to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) once permanent. The pay rate is $33/hr, and free parking is available. The company is looking to interview immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, high-volume interview scheduling across U.S. offices, including travel coordination and expense tracking
- Coordinate ~10 full-day interviews weekly involving multi-person panels
- Serve as liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience
- Maintain and optimize recruiting dashboards and reports through iCIMS ATS
- Lead and support HR and recruiting projects and initiatives
- Administer and enhance employee referral programs
- Professionally interface with PhD-level consultants in a polished, corporate environment
Candidate Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar scheduling-heavy HR role
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (iCIMS strongly preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Experience coordinating complex logistics and working with senior-level professionals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and professional office setting
