What You'll Do:
- Take food and beverage orders and provide excellent customer service
- Serve meals in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
- Set up and break down dining room before and after service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests and residents
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or food service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and resident-centered attitude
- Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
