We’re on the lookout for a full-time Mortgage Purchasing Coordinator to join our Homeownership Division. Come be a part of a team that’s helping people achieve their dream of homeownership every day.
As a Mortgage Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the loan pipeline which contributes to our mission. In this role, you will:
- Schedule the purchase of closed loans from correspondent lenders while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and investor guidelines.
- Initiate the transfer of funds and prepare mortgage loan documents for cash assistance loans.
- Coordinate the monthly pooling cross-divisionally to ensure all loan documentation is compliant with custodian guidelines.
- Work with participating lenders and originators creating and updating reservations.
- Perform weekly boarding of loans to a third-party sub-servicer.
- Serve as New Hampshire Housing’s anti-money laundering (AML) compliance officer. Coordinate and monitor compliance with AML Policies including the appropriate oversight of the risk assessment for New Hampshire Housing mortgage loan operations.
For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time.
Your experience, skills, and education should include:
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
- Strong Experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
- Knowledge of mortgage lending processes and secondary market sufficient to perform functions.
- Strong ability to accurately enter data into various systems (Encompass experience preferred).
- Strong ability to understand mortgage loan requirements and secondary mortgage market requirements, including knowledge of pooling and data delivery (including the Uniform Mortgage Data Program).
- Three to Five years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Starting Pay: $53,300 - $65,400, dependent on relevant experience
