Your Role:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales, Office and Project Administrator to join our growing team. You'll be the backbone of our Sales and Operations Departments, providing crucial support to ensure the smooth execution of our projects. This role has room for growth and can develop into a Genreal Manager or Sales Manager role. Experience with solid surfaces, countertop fabrication, plumbing fixtures, installations and logistics is a bonus, but not required.
What You'll Do:
- Support Growth: Assist in growing our business by providing stellar administrative and sales support.
- Communication Pro: Interact effectively with General Contractors, Architects, Sub Contractors, End Users, and Manufacturers.
- Detail-Oriented: Stay organized and detail-oriented in all tasks.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with a positive attitude.
- Multi-Tasker: Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects.
- Self-Starter: Follow through on all tasks with minimal supervision.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and highly proficient in Salesforce CRM, QuickBooks, and Monday.com.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Educate and answer questions from potential customers.
- Project Management: Provide project status updates, track deliveries, and handle warranty and shipping claims.
- Order Processing: Verify and process purchase orders using QuickBooks, Salesforce, and other software.
- Sales Support: Generate estimates, supply marketing materials, and provide status reports on quotes and orders.
- Relationship Building: Act as a liaison between internal and external customers.
- Data Management: Enter information into Salesforce and generate reports.
- Technical Review: Review drawings and confirm quantities, sizes, and configurations of sinks.
- Accuracy Check: Ensure product specifications match descriptions.
- Administrative Support: Assist with emails and phone calls, attend weekly sales and project meetings, and provide warehouse and logistics support.
- Lead Management: Connect with inbound leads, move them through the sales pipeline, and understand their business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in fabrication of countertops, cabinetry, quartz and stone tops and/or solid surface tops, shipping logistics, plan reading, etc.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, and Monday.com. Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
