We are looking for an FX Currency Administration Client Service Representative to be responsible for daily production and client support for Currency Administration mandates. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to established procedures, and effective communication to ensure all client deliverables are met on time.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily tasks for assigned Currency Administration client relationships, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate hand-offs to regional offices to maintain seamless client service.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and compliance with established procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fund accounting or FX experience helpful but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
- Competencies: Ability to follow established procedures.
- Interest in finance and global markets.
