LaBelle Winery is seeking a professional, high energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our LaBelle Lights and Event customers.
- Work directly with customers by mixing and serving drinks
- Greet customers
- Verifying age
- Clear knowledge on alcohol pairing and tastes
- Clear knowledge on traditional and classy drinks
- Processing payments
- Managing inventory
- Cleaning bar supplies
- Upsell items
- Create recipes
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions ensuring charges are accurate.
- Ability to use POS systems
- Ability to work as a team
- Lifting ice and carrying cases of liquor when needed.
- Other job duties may be assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma, must be over 18 years old
- Additional education, training, certificates or experience required
- Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods of time
- Frequently lifting up to 25lbs with the ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend in tight areas such as behind the bar/barn/or outdoor hut.
- Ability to climb stairs
- Standing for 6-8 hours may be required.
- Moving intermittently during work hours
