Atlantic is seeking a full-time Marketing Development Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial in driving pipeline growth by scheduling qualified meetings for our sales team from a variety of inbound and outbound channels. If you’re passionate about marketing and sales, love talking to new people, and have a knack for connecting with prospects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Monitor, manage, and follow up on all inbound leads generated from website traffic, live chat, incoming phone inquiries, social media, vendor relationships, and other channels.
- Meeting Scheduling: Set introductory meetings with sales executives by effectively engaging and qualifying leads.
- Tool Utilization: Utilize various tools daily, including telephone, email, social media, ZoomInfo, CRM, Marketing Automation, Outreach.io, Drift, and more.
- Market Education: Learn and understand our growth enablement positioning and portfolio to educate prospective buyers on the value we can bring to their business.
- Program Development: Contribute to the continuous development and success of our marketing program by providing insights and feedback.

Requirements:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Some experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with prospects or customers is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Experience with marketing automation, accounting solutions, business solutions, ERP, or CRM in a sales capacity is a plus.

Compensation: Salary + performance bonus
On Target Earnings (Annually): $50-60k
