Fallon’s Furniture, a trusted name in home furnishings for over 80 years, is seeking a dynamic Selling Manager to lead our retail sales team. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Monitor store and individual performance to meet and exceed goals
  • Motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with visual designers to maintain an inviting showroom
  • Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, store cleanliness, and inventory
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues with care and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales management role
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • A motivational, customer-first mindset
  • Furniture industry knowledge (a plus, but not required)
