Fallon’s Furniture, a trusted name in home furnishings for over 80 years, is seeking a dynamic Selling Manager to lead our retail sales team. What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Monitor store and individual performance to meet and exceed goals
- Motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional results
- Collaborate with visual designers to maintain an inviting showroom
- Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, store cleanliness, and inventory
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues with care and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales management role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- A motivational, customer-first mindset
- Furniture industry knowledge (a plus, but not required)
