taffUp is seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team in Killington VT 05751!
$25.00HR
1st Shift 9:30AM - 6:30PM Monday to Friday +Overtime
The Cook is responsible for performing food preparation and production tasks efficiently and accurately while following safe food handling policies, procedures, and recipes.
Duties
<ul>
<li>Duties of this position include, ensuring portion control, temperature, and appearance of food items is per standard.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate will have prior cooking experience preferably in an institutional setting with an emphasis on scratch and high quantity cooking.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in the food industry or as a cook is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and knife skills.</li>
<li>DRUG TEST &amp; BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED</li>
</ul>
