Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex scheduling and effectively manage executive calendars to ensure seamless time management.
• Prepare comprehensive materials for board meetings, including detailed agendas and accurate minutes.
• Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, ensuring all details are meticulously planned.
• Provide logistical support for both internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Act as a key point of contact between the organization and internal or external stakeholders.
• Anticipate and address the needs of senior executives by staying several steps ahead in planning and execution.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information.• Demonstrated experience in supporting senior executives, preferably within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
• Exceptional organizational skills paired with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
