Orange Leaf Norwood is a fun, fast-paced frozen yogurt shop dedicated to serving delicious treats and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. We're looking for a friendly and dependable Part-Time Assistant Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and shift coverage
Supervise team members during shift and ensure excellent customer service
Handle cash register operations and reconcile drawers
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure health & safety standards are met
Help train new employees and model positive behavior
Open and/or close the store, depending on schedule
Requirements:
Previous experience in food service preferred
Must be available to work nights and weekends
