Summary:

The Operations Technician will coordinate with Customer Service and Sales team to ensure customer samples ship within 24-48 hours of request. This role will ensure proper stock levels of small and mid-size samples of all TRI-K products to successfully ship samples each day. The Operations Technician will work alongside production to ensure the fresh stock of manufactured products and will work with Supply Chain to ensure sample stock of traded products. Entry level position with pathways to future position in production, logistics, or quality depending on skill set/interests of candidate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain proper stock levels of materials to bottle for sampling.
  • Work with production and supply chain to procure more material as needed for sample stock.
  • Bottle, label, and stock high turn products for quick shipment
  • Maintain back up product for slower moving samples, bottling material as needed for shipment.
  • Package, label, and ship samples daily to meet target of shipments within 24-48 hours of request.
  • Prepare FedEx labels and shipping documentation including commercial invoices as needed for international shipments
  • Pull sample requests from Salesforce and update with shipping information once sample has shipped out.
  • Ensure the sampling room has ample stock of packaging to fit the requirements of the weekly/monthly sampling
  • Request packing supplies as needed with purchasing to comply with safety stock.
  • Communicate with customer service and sales team on sample status
  • Communicate back-order log with management
  • Coordinate with quality on COA needs for sample stock.

Competencies:

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task

• Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office a must.

• Experience working with Salesforce is a plus

• Knowledge of ISO & GMP is a plus

• Strong ability to communicate cross functionally across our organization.

• Strong attention to detail an adaptability to change.

Qualifications and Skills

• GED or equivalent required

• This is an Entry Level position- experience is welcome, but not required

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
