We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating sales, merchandising, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
- Provide information about products and services
- Recommend products to meet customers' needs
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
- Participate in inventory management activities
- Meet sales targets and goals
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
