Newforma is a leading technology company based in Manchester, New Hampshire. Since its establishment in 2003, the company has been dedicated to serving the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AECO) industry.
This role will consist of entering daily bank items, reviewing employee expense reports, assisting with accounts payable items, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and assisting with projects.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Possessing a basic understanding of financial transactions and financial statements
- Preparing reconciliations for a variety of accounts
- Preparing and posting monthly journal entries
- Supporting month-end close activities
- Coordinating and assisting with year-end audit requests
Requirements for the position include:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
