Responsibilities:

Reservations & Customer Service:

Manage rental car reservations

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Fleet Management:

Inspect service rental vehicles

Track vehicle usage and mileage

Maintain fleet quality and availability

Rental Agreement Management:

Create and monitor rental agreements

Verify insurance details

Coordination:

Liaise with insurance companies as necessary
