Restaurant Manager – Boston, MA
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our FOH operations and support a team in delivering an unforgettable guest experience. You’ll help guide our team to success in this high-volume location while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We are a fast-casual restaurant that prides itself on serving high-quality, in a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. Our team is passionate about providing top-tier service while working in an environment that encourages fun, creativity, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a diverse and dynamic team

Oversee sales, expenses, payroll, and inventory

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment

Strong leadership skills and excellent communication

Ability to analyze data and translate it into action

Knowledge of food safety and operational best practices

A passion for exceptional hospitality and hands-on leadership
