I am looking for a highly organized and personable Receptionist to be the welcoming face and administrative hub of our office. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who excels at multitasking, is not afraid to learn and try new things, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and Welcome: Warmly greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors.

Manage Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and manage the general office email inbox.

Administrative Support: Maintain an organized front office, including managing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Operational Assistance: Provide administrative and clerical support to other departments as needed.

Embrace New Tasks: Be willing and enthusiastic about tackling new projects, processes, or technologies to improve office efficiency.
Qualifications

Proven work experience in a front office or customer-facing role is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
