Job Description
Title: General Manager - Plumbing
Locations: Randolph, MA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the plumbing division’s strategic planning, growth, and execution.
- Manage full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and cost control.
- Oversee project delivery from estimating through installation, commissioning, and service.
- Drive operational excellence: improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of plumbing projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in mechanical contracting, with significant plumbing leadership experience. (Or experience in HVAC + plumbing combined.)
- Proven P&L management and business leadership in a service or construction division.
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems — commercial piping, hydronics, fire protection, etc.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $200,000-$250,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
