Keep Our Mountain Moving (About the Job)
We're looking for a Lift Attendant Supervisor to lead our team of lift attendants in providing safe, smooth, and friendly lift operations. This role is a balance of guest interaction, team leadership, and ensuring our lifts run safely and efficiently every day.
Your Day on the Mountain (Key Responsibilities)
- Supervise, train, and support lift attendants to deliver excellent guest service.
- Oversee daily lift operations, including opening and closing lifts, safety checks, and documentation.
- Monitor attendants to ensure consistent safety practices and adherence to resort policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving issues at lifts and assisting guests.
- Schedule and assign attendants to ensure proper coverage across all lifts.
- Communicate lift status and operational needs with mountain operations and maintenance teams.
- Lead by example-skiing or riding between lifts, pitching in when needed, and keeping morale high.
Position Requirements
- Previous lift operations or mountain experience required.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Must be able to ski or snowboard to travel between lifts.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in extreme winter weather.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
