Your Role:
In this exciting position, you will:
- Build eye-catching product displays and end caps to attract shoppers.
- Reset shelves and manage product rotation to keep inventory fresh.
- Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
- Assist with leadership duties, including reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
- Is at least 18 years old.
- Can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Has reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- Brings 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
- Has experience leading and training others.
- Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Is a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
- Can work independently while also building successful team dynamics.
- Prioritizes safety in a retail environment.
