Regional Sales Director – Residential Mechanical Contractor – Salary to 220K+ Bonus - New England
Our client, a residential mechanical contractor, is looking for a Regional Sales Director to work with General Managers and Sales Managers in 14 locations in Eastern MA, Southern NH, and Maine. You will be responsible for approximately $200MM in revenue.

Responsibilities:
In this role, the Regional Sales Director will work with General Managers and Sales Managers to drive revenue as well as sales culture. You will be responsible for setting the pace for the sales organization as well as driving consistency across locations.
You will work with sales leadership in addition to spending time directly with the sales team. You will have ownership of staffing and the overall vision of your team. Travel will be about 50%.
Qualifications:
Qualifications/Experience: The ideal candidate for this position will possess 8+ years of sales leadership, with experience in an influencer role.
The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess a technical aptitude, servant leadership mentality, and exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation includes a base salary ranging from 200-220K+, depending on experience, as well as a quarterly bonus based on sales performance that should put you around 275 OTE.
