We have partnered with an extremely stable yet growing architecture & design firm. They are seeking their accounting leader within the group. This role is the top financial accountant within the organization and will be partnering with senior leadership. They are operating on a hybrid office schedule and this role pays from $150 - 170K + bonus + profit share

- Leads all activities related to month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
- Oversees and streamlines client billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing in accordance with contract terms and project milestones
- Manages cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable in collaboration with team members
- Reviews and approves monthly financial statements developed by project accountant.

Requirements:
- Degree in accounting, finance or similar
- 10+ years experience
- Coming from Professional Services industry or something similar
- Managing a staff
