About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume recruiting efforts across exempt and non-exempt roles. This role plays a critical part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent while building strong partnerships with leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a blend of tactical recruiting execution and strategic workforce planning experience, ideally within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and deliver effective recruiting solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple levels of the organization
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and other online recruiting tools
- Utilize the Workday Applicant Tracking System to manage requisitions, candidates, and hiring workflows
- Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor regulations, and union requirements where applicable
- Analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to continuously improve hiring outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team while managing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered)
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt roles
- Experience recruiting across multiple job levels within an organization
- At least 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday experience a plus; training provided)
- Strong experience with online and internet-based recruiting strategies
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with HRIS systems such as SAP or Lawson
- Previous experience recruiting in a unionized environment
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and clinical/non-clinical hiring
