The Position:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is frequently the very first impression that our clients have. It is critical that the CSR position set the stage for the world-class experience our clients have when they choose to do business with us. The CSR is instrumental in ensuring the client is not only completely satisfied but is more than satisfied with a world-class experience. The CSR is responsible for keeping our call board filled each day.

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities:

  • Convert incoming contacts and requests into booked appointments.

  • Answer each call within the first three rings.

  • Make outbound calls as necessary to ensure the call board is at capacity.

  • Make outbound calls as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Handle and assist with resolving customer concerns to create customer cheerleaders for life.

  • Update customer information in the company’s CRM systems accurately.

  • Follow the company's call framework/scripting.

  • Attend and participate in the company’s training meetings and skill practice sessions.

  • Assist dispatch with notifying clients of any delays or reschedules – proactively.

  • Assist with administrative duties as assigned (such as filing, preparing technician packets, etc.).

Skill Sets:

  • Service Titan Experience (ideal)

  • Competent with phone systems.

  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to build trust and show empathy to others.

  • Engaging positive attitude that loves to serve and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

  • Maintains control of the call.

  • Displays confidence

  • Ability to overcome objections.

  • Ability to problem solve.

  • Ask good questions (discovery).

  • Self-motivation for personal development.

  • Experience with Service Titan
