Role Description

This is a full-time multi-site role, based in Plymouth, NH, for two qualified Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Social Workers, or Clinical/Counseling Psychologists. The professional will be responsible for conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling, and coordinating case management tasks. The role also involves addressing various mental health concerns, maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Treatment Planning and experience in Case Management
  • In-depth knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology, with the ability to address diverse client needs
  • Skills in providing Relationship Counseling (preferred), including couples and family therapy
  • Proficient in managing clinical documentation and maintaining confidentiality in client interactions
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active licensure, eligibility for licensure, or accruing hours towards licensure in the state of New Hampshire (e.g., Psy.D., PhD, LICSW, LCMHC, or similar credentials)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach
  • Familiarity with multidisciplinary care and a passion for supporting individuals and families in achieving mental health and wellness
  • Salary is commensurate with experience and educational background
