Job Description
We are looking for Dispatcher to join our team! Duties to include:
- Answering the phones
- Managing incoming service requests
- Scheduling technicians
- Prioritizing jobs by urgency and location
- Maintaining customer and job records, while working in customer-based portals like Service Channel and Verisae
- Using software to create work orders and collect service details
- Ensuring emails and customer phone calls are responded to in a timely manner
- Staying on top of Preventative maintenance contract requirements

Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a service-related field
- Ability to pass drug & background screening
- Must have strong communication and organization skills
- Basic understanding of HVAC/R terminology
- Opening and closing the office is a requirement
- Team player with a can do attitude.
