Requirements
Key qualifications for the Assistant Retail Store Manager position include:
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in an assistant or supervisory role.
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.

- Experience in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Competence in cash handling and financial transactions.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical requirements may include:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
