In this essential role, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, ensuring a positive atmosphere for both customers and employees.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting management in daily store activities, maintaining store appearance, ensuring compliance with operational policies, training staff, handling customer inquiries, and managing inventory levels. Your proactive approach and leadership will be vital in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Key qualifications for the Assistant Retail Store Manager position include:

  • Previous experience in retail, preferably in an assistant or supervisory role.

  • Competence in cash handling and financial transactions.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
