CDL Class A Driver
Fall River, MA
2nd shift 2pm-11pm with the pay $28-$28.70 with shift differential
Straight Truck Operator Responsibilities:
- Hold a valid DOT medical qualification card.
- Possess strong overall warehouse knowledge.
- Operate forklifts and motorized pallet jacks safely.
- Safely operate company vehicles and perform thorough equipment inspections.
- Adhere to insurance and company policies required to maintain driver eligibility.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Transport goods to customers and the warehouse as needed.
- Be present on the dock during deliveries or pickups when permitted by the facility.
- Inspect the condition of pallets and products during pickups.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before departing any location.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 4–8 years of truck driving experience.
- Maintain a valid and up-to-date Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Must have RVM with 6 points or less
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic while working independently.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
Skills and Attributes:
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and commercial vehicles safely.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
