Working in conjunction with the Operations Manager- oversee and support all aspects of the dining establishment to ensure profitability and an overall enjoyable experience.
- Opening and closing the restaurant.
- Responsible for shift/position coverage as needed and creating weekly schedule.
- Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
- Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner
- Ensure product quality and consistency, including location inventory & ordering
- Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with Operations Manager on day-to- day issues
Requirements:
Job Qualifications
- Education: High School or equivalent
- Experience: 1-3 years guest facing experience
- Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience
