Location: 2688 Cranberry Hwy, Wareham, MA 02751
Job Type: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)
Pay: $20+/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a sharp, energetic, and reliable Dispatcher to join our busy and growing towing operation. Every day is fast-paced and exciting—whether you’re coordinating police rotation calls, helping motor clubs, or assisting local shops and trucking companies. If you love problem-solving, multitasking, and helping people during stressful moments, this could be the perfect job for you.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Dispatch drivers to breakdowns, accidents, and service calls
- Prioritize requests and make quick decisions under pressure
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Coordinate with motor clubs, local businesses, and police rotation
- Assist with billing for accounts and motor clubs as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized call and dispatch logs
Requirements
- Prior towing or dispatching experience required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
- Team-oriented attitude and reliability
- Must be able to pass a Cori for Police and Background check Motorclubs
