Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Berlin, Vermont.

CRU MUST START ASAP - MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO OFFER: 7 yr background check (nationwide, county court searches, FACIS3, and sex offender) within 18 months of start date FACIS 3 and VCIC within 30 days of start
RN for Woodbridge Rehab.
& Nursing: A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care.
Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.
Requirements: • Floating required • BLS through AHA required • A minimum of 2 years’ experience required • Prior travel required • LTC experience required •Travelers must be willing to float to other units as needed • All units have dementia patients, so travelers must be comfortable working with this population Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason •Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • this facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April • A few new travelers have attempted to change their scheduled hours.
It is essential for travelers to read their contracts and understand the importance of working their assigned hours • Travelers must communicate any preplanned time off upfront, as they will not honor requests for time off once the assignment begins.
