Job Description:
Provide frontline administrative and customer service support, coordinating office functions and hybrid meetings.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Welcome faculty, staff, and visitors at the front desk and respond to departmental emails

Coordinate facilities requests and communicate updates

Manage department calendar and room reservations
-
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute summaries
-
Support hybrid meetings with technical setup and troubleshooting

Create flyers and assist with social media efforts

Handle small financial transactions, ordering, and invoicing
-
Learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

1–3 years of administrative or office coordination experience
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience coordinating hybrid meetings (in-person/virtual)

Time management and organizational abilities

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working in higher education

Familiarity with social media and flyer creation
