- Partner with teams across the organization to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Support benefits administration, training programs, and HRIS updates.
- Be a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and a passion for problem-solving
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and employment law.
