Duration: Initial 6 month contract (but expected to extend much longer)
Job Description:
Mandatory Skills:
- 7–12 years of experience in software/IT, with at least 5 years as a dedicated Business Analyst
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and use cases, especially for AI or GenAI initiatives
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, tools, and platforms
- Hands-on exposure to AI solution design, data requirements, and model documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with InfoSec or cybersecurity functions
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, OpenAI, etc.)
- Exposure to prompt engineering or LLM-based solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document GenAI use cases
- Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for GenAI adoption
- Create detailed documentation including solution specs, data needs, and model behavior
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on GenAI initiatives
- Communicate AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Important Notes:
- This is not a Scrum Master or QA/Test Lead role. Candidates with primarily testing or project management backgrounds will not be considered.
- Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in AI/GenAI projects in a Business Analyst capacity
