$25/hour | Full-Time Role (At least 4 Days / week, 8hrs / day, Open / Close Commitment Required)
About the Organization:
Lucy and Jane is a matcha brand built on care, consistency, and creativity. This fall and winter we’ll be opening the doors to our brand-new matcha pop-up at The Current in Boston Seaport, and and we're looking for a Store Supervisor to lead our small, joyful team and keep our pop-up running smoothly each day.
You’ll be part of a small, friendly crew that makes every customer feel like they’ve stepped into their favorite friend’s home—serving up beautiful matcha drinks, pre-made bites, and thoughtful goods to take home.
Shift & Commitment:

Schedule:
6:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Sunday
(Minimum 4 days/week; 8 hrs / day; Opening / Closing Shift) -
Paid Training:
2–3 days before launch (approx. 2-4 hours/day)
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations

Unlock / lock the store at the start / end of each shift

Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items each morning

Perform daily inventory checks + communicate stock needs

Support and rotate with team members on drink prep, food service, and register

Answer customer product questions and ensure every guest feels seen and welcomed

Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

Maintain cleanliness and flow of store throughout the day

Ensure store is set up, restocked, and closed down properly

Uphold our brand values and create a positive, encouraging environment
Who We’re Looking For:

Dependable, proactive, and kind

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in food/beverage, hospitality, or retail required (1+ year preferred)

Able to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced setting

Comfortable taking initiative and solving small problems independently

Committed to working full-day shifts (4 to 6 Days a week 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
