Field Service Engineer – Medical Imaging (MRI/CT)
Term: Permanent | Experience: 10+ Years
Salary: $100,000–$140,000 Base + 10–30% Overtime + Company Vehicle + Full Benefits

Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of hands-on field service experience
Strong knowledge of MRI and CT systems (GE, Siemens, or Philips preferred)
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, service, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on MRI and CT imaging systems
- Diagnose complex issues and perform repairs across multiple hospital and clinical sites
- Document service activities per company quality standards
- Perform scheduled calibration and verification of system specifications
- Maintain, manage, and secure company-issued tools and assets
- Serve as a technical liaison between the company and customer contacts
- Submit timely, detailed field service reports
- Participate in training to maintain and enhance technical knowledge
Qualifications
- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Some college or technical degree preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in field service roles, ideally in medical imaging
- Strong working knowledge of GE, Siemens, or Philips MRI/CT systems
- Technical Proficiency:
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working on-site at multiple customer facilities
- Proficient in service documentation and use of diagnostic tools
Schedule & Travel
- Work Hours: Primarily Monday to Friday, regular business hours
- Travel: Regular travel within a 4-hour driving radius; occasional overnight stays and air travel required
