This is a fully remote role where you’ll meet online with union and association members, walk them through their permanent benefit options, and help them select the best choices for their families. All leads are provided at no charge.
Your Day-to-Day
- Run scheduled virtual Zoom appointments with members (all pre-qualified)
- Explain benefit programs in a simple and approachable way
- Assist families in choosing the coverage that fits their needs
- Maintain professional communication and follow-up
- Plug into our training, scripts, and leadership guidance
Who Thrives in This Position
- Dependable, positive, and coachable
- Strong communicator with a service-minded approach
- Organized and able to work independently from home
- Prior customer service or sales background is helpful but not required

Compensation
- Typical first-year earnings: $50,000–$65,000
- High performers earn $100,000+
- 1099 contract — 100% commission with lifetime residual income
