Director of Regulatory Affairs, Ad/Promo
Salary: $188,000-$235,000
Summary:
A leading biotech in Burlington, MA is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Regulatory Affairs for Advertising and Promotion. In this influential role, you'll partner with diverse crossfunctional teams to shape compelling, compliant promotional strategies that elevate the organization's voice in the market. You'll ensure every message is accurate, impactful, and aligned with regulatory expectations-while helping teams push the boundaries of what's possible in a highly regulated environment. Director will be responsible for

Offering expert regulatory oversight for cell therapy, biologics, combination products, and medical devices, and ensuring all promotional, nonpromotional, and scientific materials meet FDA and international regulatory standards for accuracy and fairness

Collaborate closely with Medical, Legal, Quality, and Commercial teams to maintain compliance across all promotional materials
Director should have the following qualifications

10+ years of regulatory experience, specifically 5+ years of regulatory ad/promo experience

Bachelor's of science in a scientific discipline

Deep understanding of FDA and global regulations as they adhere to advertising and promotional materials

Ability to efficiently work cross functionally with multiple teams (medical, legal, quality, commerce and regulatory)
