Requirements:
Have prior experience as shift leader or the desire to be one.
Able to provide references upon request.
Able to smile and work in a fast pace environment.
Be customer oriented.
Able to take constructive feedback.
Be able to speak to why you are interested and able to do the position of a shift leader.
Be an effective communicator.
Keep Gm and owner informed on potential issues.
