We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing our stores day to day functions. We are a very busy location in a great area of Worcester for traffic. Looking to improve our business with a motivated and customer service based store manager who is willing to work and learn all aspects of the business. We offer full benefits, 401k, paid holidays, vacations & a five day work week. No Sunday's! This is a family atmosphere with all long time employees . Responsibilities:
- Professionally address customer needs and provide excellent customer service
- Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
- Manage front end operations and day to day workflow
- Maintain a professional and clean workspace and store environment
- Follow and maintain all customer service procedures and policies
- Ensure compliance with various health and safety regulations
- Track monthly results and ensure store is up to company standards
- Address and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Oversee team standards
- General administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in automotive and/or tire industries, customer service, or other related fields
- Previous management experience is a bonus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Understanding of basic computer knowledge
- Customer care focused; ability to assess customers' needs and provide answers, paths, troubleshooting help, or methods for a positive customer experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
- Strengths in leadership, management, team building, and problem-solving
- Understanding of basic business management functions
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Must have valid drivers license
- Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
