We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Route 128 Honda. In this role, you will lead and motivate our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, cultivate strong customer relationships, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our dealership in Reading, MA.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to meet dealership sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle escalated customer concerns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in purchasing decisions.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
