Summary
We are seeking an experienced Radio Frequency Technician to install, test, repair, and integrate RF equipment used in communications systems, typically on small cells and carrier add sites. They will work with a variety of devices such as antennas, transmitters, receivers, and other RF components. This position requires the candidate to confidently display their technical abilities, including clear communication, technical ability, reading RF and construction drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure RF equipment, including antennas, transmitters, and receivers.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of RF systems.
- Diagnose & troubleshoot problems with RF equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment configurations, test results, and maintenance activities.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to achieve project goals.
- Responsible for Red-Line drawings and supportive closeout documentation.
- Maintain safety standards, and values safety more than anything else.
- All other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Degree or certification in electronics, telecommunications, or related field a plus.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Comfortable learning and using test equipment.
- Experience with RF sweep gear (spectrum analyzer, line, and antenna analyzer), signal generator and PIM test gear is a required, certificate of training an asset.
- CDL licenses would be a plus but not required.
- Computer savvy. Ability with Microsoft Office Suite preferred (strong Excel skills highly beneficial).
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol and background check requirements.
Physical Requirements:
- Full dexterity is required including bending, kneeling, twisting, fine motor skills with hands and fingers, full rotation of the head and neck.
- Ability to see, hear and be alert while operating equipment. Ability to operate bucket truck equipment and perform work safely.
- Ability to stand for prolonged hours.
- Ability to often move and lift at least 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with heights (30 - 40 feet).
