We are actively hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team!
Personal Lines Account Manager responsible for managing a client portfolio, delivering high-quality service, and ensuring appropriate coverage and pricing across home, auto, and other personal insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of personal lines clients and serve as the primary point of contact for service needs
- Review policies, process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Advise clients on coverage needs and identify cross-selling and retention opportunities
- Support clients through the claims process and coordinate with carriers for timely resolution
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams to secure optimal coverage and terms
- Maintain compliant, accurate client records and stay current on industry trends and carrier guidelines
Location: Hybrid in Quincy, MA
Salary: $50,000+
