Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC/Mechanical Estimator who can operate independently and work toward a leadership role within our Estimating department. This individual will be responsible for analyzing project documents, assembling accurate estimates, and partnering with engineering, project management, and leadership teams to win work strategically. This is a senior-level position with the potential to grow into an Estimating Manager/Director role.
The ideal candidate is someone who can take full ownership of the estimating process—comfortable with both plan-and-spec work and early-stage design/build budgeting. Key Responsibilities
 
Estimating &amp; Preconstruction
