PSYCHOLOGIST&nbsp;POSITION SUMMARY

PSYCHOLOGIST ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
<ul>
<li>Manage a caseload and ensure the accuracy of patient documentation in clinical reports, including diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans, in accordance with established standards of practice.</li>
<li>Provide individual and group therapy using various therapeutic approaches based on patient needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (psychiatrists, social workers, nurses) to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach.</li>
<li>Participate in and monitor patient treatment-planning efforts in collaboration with the behavioral health team to promote recovery and stabilization.</li>
<li>Conduct consultations and psychological assessments to manage and stabilize emergent situations, providing crisis intervention when necessary.</li>
<li>Provide education, supervision, and guidance to behavioral health staff as needed, and participate in professional development, including meetings and trainings directed by company or facility administration.</li>
<li>Adhere to professional ethical standards, state licensure requirements, and local regulations regarding mental health care.</li>
<li>Foster a professional environment and support the seamless delivery of psychological services to patients.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned to support the clinical team and patient care.</li>
</ul>
PSYCHOLOGIST&nbsp;MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts as a psychologist.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Master's degree in psychology required, Ph.D or Psy.D preferred</li>
<li>Must be board certified</li>
