ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Uses a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets. In a repair department places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place. In an assembly department takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired. Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw.
Work requires operator to stand for long periods of time. Operators must be able to repeatedly lift a pallet weighing 50-75 lbs. Nail guns must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Repair Operators must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Repair Operators must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

PREFERRED SKILLS
2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery.

About the Job:
Join our team as a Facilities Technician and play a key role in maintaining our community-focused Banking facilities! This hands-on role involves general repairs, routine maintainance, and ensuring our building remain safe, functional, and inviting for customers and employees.
The hiring range for this position is $20.00 to $24.00 hourly.
This position is Full Time, 40 hours weekly. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties May be Assigned):
<ul>
<li>Signs into the PropertyTrak facilities management system daily to respond to work orders that are assigned by the Facilities Supervisor. </li>
<li>Reviews and analyzes work orders to identify the best approach to meet requests. Updates and compiles notes and photos if needed, for documentation. Once the work order is completed, follows procedures on PropertyTrak to close tasks. </li>
<li>Performs the following tasks as requested: General Repairs &amp; Maintenance; Cleaning; Delivery; Event Set-up and special projects as required. </li>
<li>Scope of typical repairs include but are not limited to: electrical repairs not requiring the need for a licensed electrician; plumbing repairs limited to minor leaks and valve replacements; Drywall work including partition construction; Structural repairs to furniture, fixtures or Bank equipment; Outdoor work including repairs to blacktop, curbs, drive-up area, lock boxes, minor landscape work(limited to clean up of weeds, grade correction, drainage, minor storm clean up); Carpentry repairs to wooden cabinets, doors, trim, and laminates. </li>
<li>Performs general maintenance to any bank-owned facility as needed, to maintain proper appearance and working order. </li>
<li>Performs pick-up &amp; delivery for the U.S. Postal Service as required by the Logistics Coordinator, as well as daily mail processing. </li>
<li>Performs supply deliveries to branches and special requests for pick-ups/deliveries across the organization as requested. </li>
<li>Performs event set-up tasks as required for any Bank-sponsored charity event or internal meeting. </li>
<li>On call availability required on an after-hours and weekend basis on a rotating schedule. </li>

Knowledge and Skills
It is required that the employee in this position can work independently while interpreting ideas and facts, as well as having strong verbal and numerical aptitudes. This employee should have strong customer service skills. Must have the ability to explain technical concerns to non-technical personnel.
This position requires basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Knowledge of PropertyTrak is preferred.
Education and Work Experience
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Formal facilities maintenance training is preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in facilities maintenance is required, including but not limited to working experience with building security, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and electrical items.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
This job requires frequent physical demands such as sitting, hearing, computer work, repetitive hand motion such as typing, talking, standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing stairs and/or ladders, kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, reaching overhead, pulling, pushing, shoveling, and the ability to lift more than 50 lbs. This position will require frequent local travel between offices.

Job Summary: Provides indirect resident care in the facility. Meets the communication needs of the resident, family and staff. Prepares and compiles records in the facility. Initiates directions from physician and nursing staff. Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and facility policies and procedures and standards.

Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas:
Prepares medical records for discharged residents and new admissions. Maintains medical records.
Maintains communication board, noting the admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
Obtains appropriate nursing staff to assists residents/physicians in the care of the resident; decisions made reflect knowledge of facts and good judgment within scope of practice.
Ensure providers are in compliance with federal regulations regarding practitioner visits.
Stock units with essential supplies as appropraite
Obtains requested items from Clinical Laboratory, Central Service, Pharmacy or other departments.
Communicates appropriately and clearly to nurse manager, team leader, co-workers and physicians.
Consults other departments, as appropriate, to provide for an interdisciplinary approach to the resident’s needs.
Orders supplies and printing weekly; obtains orders, as required.
Appropriately file patient records into patient chart including but not limited to physician notes, lab results, hospital paperwork etc.
Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.
Treats residents and their families with respect and dignity; ensures confidentiality of resident’s records.
Interacts professionally with resident/family and provides explanations and verbal reassurance, as necessary.
