<li>Deliver exceptional service by resolving on‑site issues efficiently, professionally, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain a mobile service vehicle stocked with necessary tools, parts, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs efficiently.</li>
<li>Document all services performed, parts used, and customer interactions accurately using Shop Monkey.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment for both the technician and customers.</li>
<li>Work independently while staying connected to a supportive team for guidance, escalation, and resource coordination.</li>

Minimum Qualifications:

<li>Two years of mechanical automotive experience require with a strong background with medium-duty vehicles, particularly Freightliner, Ford Transit, and Dodge ProMaster </li>
<li>Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li>
<li>Toolbox with essential tools.</li>

<li>Capable of operating hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively</li>
<li>Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform detailed mechanical and electrical work.</li>
<li>Ability to enter, exit, and maneuver around commercial and medium‑duty vehicles safely.</li>
<li>Must be able to drive and operate a mobile service vehicle for extended periods.</li>
